EDS-4008: Advanced Packaging using EDS

Onsite Instructor-Led Course

"EDS-4008: ManageSoft Advanced Packaging using EDS" is designed for engineers who will be responsible for packaging, testing and releasing ManageSoft packages in their environment, as well as maintaining the ManageSoft Software Deployment system. This advanced course will cover all package types deployed with ManageSoft, including native ManageSoft packages, Microsoft MSI packages and other third party packages. The course also covers customizing packages by adding prerequisites, advanced scripting and callout capabilities as well as troubleshooting packages in a packaging environment. Students will learn advanced troubleshooting techniques that abide by standard Release Management practices, showing how to set up a packaging environment and testing environment before releasing a package into production.
